Deputy Prime Minister Amir Abbas Arya'i heads Kamrupa Rajpramukh's birthday honours list

Rajagriha, 28 July 2025: Second Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence, and Education, Science and Technology Aryasri Maha Sri Pramukha Amir Abbas Arya'i heads the first honours list of 50 recipients issued in conjunction with the 16th official birthday celebrations of the Rajpramukh of Kamrupa, Sri Anirudh Phatowali next month.

Arya'i received the highest class of the state's second highest honour, the Darjah Sri Uttama Shrestha Kamrupa (SUSK) which carries the title of Maha Sri Prathama. The other recipients awarded the Darjah Sri Uttama Shrestha Kamrupa are Kamrupa State Governor Aryasri Maha Sri Pramukha Himarnav Deka, Purvanchal and Uttaranchal State Governor Aryasri Maha Sri Pramukha Reshma Sultana, Vice Prime Minister III and Minister of Foreign Affairs Aryasri Maha Sri Pramukha Raghav Deka, and the President of the Privy Council Singhasri Maha Sri Pramukha Tyler Mullins.

The state's third highest honour, the Darjah Sri Uttama Rajya Kamrupa (SURK), which carries the title of Maha Sri Paduka has been conferred upon the Prince Father of Beltola and Basistha, His Royal Highness The Prince Suryansh, Vice Prime Minister II and Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs and Local Government, and Federal Territories Aryasri Maha Sri Paduka Suryadeva Kapei, Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness and Minister of Home Affairs II Aryasri Maha Sri Paduka Praneet Singh, Chief Minister of Kamrupa Maha Sri Paduka Pallavi Rai, and former Chief Justice Maha Sri Paduka Charles Burgardt.

The Darjah Sri Pradhana Shrestha Kamrupa (SPSK), which carries the title of Maha Pramukha has been awarded to six recipients, including the Crown Prince of Basistha His Royal Highness The Prince Abhigyan, former state Governor of Beltola His Serene Highness Prince Subrata, Minister of Social Affairs and Community Development, and Communications and Information Technology Paramsri Maha Pramukha Vikrant Deka, Minister of Youth and Sports Paramsri Maha Pramukha Yasmin Sultana, Chief Minister of Purvanchal Maha Pramukha Tushar Deka, and Chief Minister of Beltola Aryasri Maha Pramukha Samaira Paul.

The Darjah Sri Pradhana Rajya Kamrupa (SPRK), which carries the title of Maha Paduka has been awarded to Minister of Justice and Human Rights Paramsri Maha Paduka Ezekiel Edensore, Minister of Information and Broadcasting Paramsri Maha Paduka Shanvika Roy, Principal Private Secretary to the Rashtradhyaksh Paramsri Maha Paduka Yash Agarwal, Chief Minister of Basistha Maha Paduka Harlong Terang, Chief Minister of Uttaranchal Maha Paduka Dishant Kashyap, Deputy Chief Minister of Kamrupa Maha Paduka Mayuri Kalita, Minister for Local Government Maha Paduka Razia Sultana, and Minister for Science, Technology, and Innovation Maha Paduka Iftikar Ahmed. The honorary recipients of the Darjah Sri Pradhana Rajya Kamrupa (SPRK) are Her Royal Highness The Princess Amelie Irene, Princess Royal, His Royal Highness The Prince Alexander Frederick, Duke of Bridgeport and Duke of Derrington, High Commissioner of Mayursia to Vishwamitra His Excellency Maha Paduka Lokesh Yadav, Ambassador of Baustralia to Vishwamitra Aryasri Maha Paduka Lord Oliver Doig, Earl Coors, and Senior Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Arsalania His Excellency Paramsri Maha Paduka Sheikh Muhammad Al-Mesustani.

The Darjah Kshatriya Shrestha Kamrupa (KSK) has been awarded to three individuals, including Deputy Chief Minister of Beltola Maha Vijaya Kushal Saha, Deputy Minister of Social Affairs and Community Development, and Health and Sanitation Maha Indra Parishmita Das, and former Minister of State (Independent Charge) of Environment and Natural Resources Maha Indra Rey Jr. Mancio.

The recipients of the Darjah Kshatriya Rajya Kamrupa (KRK) are Deput Minister of Culture and Natural Resources, Water and Environmental Sustainability Nida Fatima, Chief Commissioner of Isenya Uttama Sri Luo Yiming, Marshal of the Diplomatic Corps and Representative to Bangladesh Showib Ahmmed, State Minister of Home, Education, Legal Affairs of Purvanchal Nitin Kumar, Vishwamitran Ambassador to Baustralia and Northwood-Oregon Commodore Mick Griffin, Deputy Chief of Army Staff Lieutenant General Raymond Smits, and Deputy Chief of the Naval Staff Vice Admiral Hankery Jenkinson. The honorary recipients of the Darjah Kshatriya Rajya Kamrupa (KRK) are High Commissioner of Imruland to Vishwamitra His Excellency Sri Loknath Mondol Mithun, High Commissioner of Arsalania to Vishwamitra Her Excellency Sanaa Asad, Ambassador of Landopia to Vishwamitra His Excellency Gabrielle Hallman, and former High Commissioner of Arsalania to Vishwamitra His Excellency Muhammad Khan Gurkani.

The recipients of the Darjah Sadasya Rajya Kamrupa (SRK) are State Minister of Environment and Natural Resources, Sports and Youth Welfare, and Local Administration of Beltola Pranjit Kalita, State Minister of Cultural Affairs, Religious Affairs, Gender and Social Welfare, and Legal and Cabinet Affairs of Beltola Ishika Das, State Minister of Minority Welfare, Arts and Culture, and Social Welfare of Purvanchal Hanif Ali Palowan, Military Secretary to the Rashtradhyaksh Captain Narawit Watcharachetthakul, Vishwamitran Ambassador to Austenasia Luke Wellmoore, Vishwamitran Representative to Italy Carlo Cristosomi-Baldovini, and Consul-General in Indiana and former Minister of State for External Affairs Benjamin Levinson.
