Uparashtradhyaksh heads Purvanchal Ruler's honours list

Rajagriha, 2 January 2023: The Rajpramukh of Uttaranchal and Uparashtradhyaksh, His Majesty Bishnu Chetry leads the list of 54 recipients of Purvanchal state honours conferred on the occasion of the 6th Purvanchal Statehood Day and in conjunction with the 21st Birthday of the Rajpramukh of Purvanchal Dhrubajyoti Roy next week. The honours list was published by a royal decree issued by Her Royal Highness Princess Sarala, the Crown Princess and Regent of Purvanchal on behalf of the Rajpramukh of Purvanchal.

Rajpramukh Bishnu Chetry has been conferred the Most Esteemed Supreme Order of the Royal House of Purvanchal, Knight Grand Companion (KGCP) of which he was a Knight Companion (KCP) since July 2021. Also receiving the Dame Grand Companion (DGCP) grade of the same order is Her Majesty Rajpramukh Anoushkaa Patranabish of Basistha. The order's highest grade is largely restricted only the ruler of Purvanchal, the heir and the parents of the ruler. The order has sometimes been occasionally conferred on the other state rulers who draw their origin to the House of Roy and sometimes to the nation's deputy supreme monarch.


The Emperor of Austenasia, His Imperial Majesty Jonathan I and the King of Pibocip, His Majesty Philip Joseph Pillin received the Knight Companion grade of the Most Esteemed Supreme Order of the Royal House of Purvanchal (KCP).


Leading the list of recipients of the Most Noble Royal Family Order of Purvanchal were Prince Nirmal, the Prince Uncle, the elder brother of Prince Father Debajyoti and the King of Baustralia, His Majesty John were conferred the Grand Knight (GKOP) grade of the order, while the female equivalent grade of Grand Dame (GKOP) was conferred on Princess Ruma, Mrs. Bose, the elder sister of Prince Father Debajyoti and upon Her Sovereign Highness Cloe, the Sovereign Princess of Sancratosia.


Eight recipients were conferred the Grand Commander grade (GCOP) of the Most Noble Royal Family Order of Purvanchal which included Princess Anushree, the wife of Prince Nirmal; their only daughter Princess Prianca, the Princess Royal; late Prince Alok, who was posthumously conferred the order; Crown Prince Manoj of Uttaranchal; the Prince of Christoph Chao City, His Serene Highness Joseph Thanawachiraporn; the Queen Consort of Pibocip, Her Majesty Mary Rita Pillin; the Crown Prince of Pibocip, His Royal Highness Prince Phillip; and the Empress Consort of Austenasia, Her Imperial and Serene Highness Hannah.


State Chief Minister and royal family member, Princess Shivangi, Deputy Prime Minister Arthur Lacey-Scott, Lok Sabha Speaker Tyler Mullins, former Deputy Prime Minister David Augustus, Privy Councilor Albert George Philip and former External Affairs and Defence Minister Arnab Deka received the Most Honourable Order of the Crown of Purvanchal, Grand Commander (GCCP) grade. The same award was also conferred on Mr. Samarendra Bose, the husband of Princess Ruma and upon Prince Father Sumit of Beltola, the husband of Princess Lipi.


Gaurav Pandey, the husband of Princess Prianca; Biswajit Das and his wife, Momita Das, the maternal uncle and aunt of the ruler; the parents of the Rajpramukh of Kamrupa, Prince Father Bhairav and Princess Mother Runa; former education and law minister Bhargab Jyoti Medhi and Ambassador Juan Cisneros received the Grand Officer (GOCP) grade of the Most Honourable Order of the Crown of Purvanchal.


Privy Councilor Jan-Olav Spiekermann, Leader of Opposition Toyotomi-Kim Tatsumi, I&B Minister Johannes Mattias Toome, Home & Culture Minister of State Preetam Kapei, former Union Ministers Reshmi Hazarika, Jemina Hazarika and Arpan Deka were awarded with the Commander grade (CCP) of the same order; while Member of Parliament Therence Raphael Pagsisihan, Swevalis Deputy Administrator Rubi McPhail and Penn News Editor Maximus Haines received the Member grade (MCP) of the order.


Sibani Kar and her husband Utpal Kar, maternal aunt and uncle of the ruler and parents of Senior Prince Abhiraj; newly proclaimed Crown Prince Abhirup of Basistha, Privy Council President Shiro Mephistopheles, former Deputy Prime Ministers Ankujryoti Thakuria & Rory McPhail, Chief Justice Carson Snyder, External Affairs and Culture Minister Rafe Burfield, Finance and Education Minister Arsal Abbas Mirza, and Chief of General Staff General John Caravaggio III were conferred the Most Distinguished Order of the Rajpramukh Dhrubajyoti Roy, Grand Companion (GCDR) grade. While its junior class of Companion (CDR) was conferred on Privy Councilor William Cooper, Lok Sabha Deputy Speaker Devin Purcell, Sports Minister Manggala Alif Prasetia, Deputy Chief of General Staff Colonel General Vincent Ironside and former law minister Rajdeep Deka.
