Vishwamitra launches "Official Newspaper" - THE PURVANCHAL TIMES

The Department of Media today officially nodded the establishment of an online newspaper for the State of Vishwamitra and named it as the - "PURVANCHAL TIMES". It shall serve as the official mouthpiece of the Government in addition to the Twitter Handle.
